# Disputes dashboard and API

Merchants can now see and respond to disputes without leaving Truemed, instead of waiting on dispute support from our operations team. The new Disputes tab in [your merchant dashboard](https://app.truemed.com/merchants/disputes) lists every dispute attributed to your account with amount, reason, status, and response deadline. Open one to upload evidence (shipping confirmation, customer communication, fulfillment proof) directly, supported by Truemed's guidance on best practices to win a dispute.

For API-first merchants, disputes are also available as [a REST API](https://docs.truemed.com/guides/setup/api/disputes/overview):
