# Order management

> The order statuses and actions available for Truemed orders in the WooCommerce dashboard.

You can manage Truemed orders directly from the WooCommerce order dashboard.

## Order statuses

| Status              | Meaning                                                                              |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Pending Payment** | Waiting on an LMN                                                                    |
| **Processing**      | All information on the Truemed end has settled — this order is ready to be fulfilled |
| **On Hold**         | Ready for [manual capture](/guides/overview/glossary#manual-capture)                 |
| **Expired**         | Order authorization has expired and can no longer be captured                        |

## Order actions

From the WooCommerce order dashboard, you can:

* **Cancel** an order
* **Refund** an order
* **Capture** an order

## Manual capture

[Manual capture](/guides/overview/glossary#manual-capture) can be enabled under the Truemed plugin settings by changing the **Capture Method** option.
