Extended auths and multi-capture (90-day)

For merchants who handle pre-orders, backorders, or extended and partial fulfillment, Truemed now supports extended auth windows. This practice exists for many e-commerce merchants already, and the Truemed payment method now gives merchants up to 90 days for pre-orders and backorders.
