Shoppers give up on slow pages, so we made Truemed faster. In late August, we made it four times as fast to save a health survey answer or move to the next page. We also cut the average server response time across Truemed in half. In September, we made the slowest 5% of product catalog loads on Truemed.com twice as fast. These changes are already live for every shopper, with nothing for you to set up.

We also sped up product categorization. For catalogs that sync through the Truemed Extensions App, Truemed now categorizes each new Shopify product once, instead of each size and color on its own. Because Truemed has fewer items to categorize, new products get their eligibility status sooner, so you get to launch day faster. Truemed Extensions App guide.
