We are confident that this versatile and beneficial payment option will drive meaningful value for your customers, and are here to ensure we’re driving value for both you and your customer base.

As you begin promoting TrueMed to your customers, we want to ensure you’re spreading the message simply and accurately so we’ve laid out sample messages below for you to get you started.

Purpose:

  • Reactivate lapsed customers and unconverted leads with a simple email indicating they may qualify to use HSA/FSA funds for purchases on your store, and effectively save 30-40%. This email has a CTA that links out either to a landing page, or directly to the health intake survey ("qualification link").
  • Current subscribers completing the survey enables them to qualify for HSA/FSA spending on future subscription payments.
  • Case studies have shown that for existing subscribers, leveraging HSA/FSA with Truemed increased their AOV per month by 10% (before/after using Truemed), and retained better than non-HSA/FSA cohorts. As such, this is a key piece of driving outcomes with the TrueMed Reimbursements tool.

  2. If eligible, Truemed will email you a Letter of Medical Necessity.
  3. Once you get your Letter of Medical Necessity, Truemed will send you detailed instructions to pay with HSA/FSA funds going forward.
